To verify service-quality claims, we triangulate internal tests with third\u2011party benchmarks (e.g., ACSI industry CSAT<\/a>, NICE Satmetrix NPS<\/a>, Ofcom service metrics<\/a>, and Uptime Institute outage analysis<\/a>). We publish date-stamped tests, keep logs\/screenshots, and maintain reproducible environments and update notes so you can see what changed and why.
